Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance professional to join our team. As a Quality & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Company's quality management strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO certification framework and principles, as well as experience in quality and compliance. You will work closely with a globally distributed team to maintain and develop the Company's Quality Management Strategy.

  • Maintain and continuously develop the Company's Quality Management Strategy.
  • Educate employees on the Company's Quality Management approach and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits across the Company's departments.
  • Provide effective support regarding internal and external customer quality requirements.
  • Spearhead the ISO re-certification process for ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001.
  • Manage Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (e.g. Business, Quality, Engineering).
  • 5 year's experience in quality and compliance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of the ISO certification framework and principles.
  • Ability to multitask and work with limited supervision on long-term ISO projects.
  • Experience with modern slavery legislation and requirements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OHS regulation, guidelines and standards.

This is a standalone role with no direct reports. It reports to the VP of Global Operations, Quality & Compliance (US based). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a global level and contribute to the Company's quality management strategy.
