About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Managers. In this pivotal role, you will drive business development initiatives for our Professional Services offerings, focusing on seeking opportunities within your primary region and providing essential support for broader national engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target industries, crafting strategies to meet objectives through direct sales and partnerships.
  • Foster strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive customer relationship management.
  • Lead sales opportunities by developing plans, conducting bid reviews, and securing necessary approvals.
  • Represent KIT with industry stakeholders, including government bodies and associations, at conferences and exhibitions.
  • Cultivate partner relations to ensure successful business execution and collaborate with marketing and product management to track customer trends.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in the ICT sector, including selling or delivering enterprise services to varied industry sectors, including Federal Government.
  • Experience working with complex dealings and prospects, partnering with SME's to each area of growth.
  • A developed network of professional contacts in region.
  • A proven background in the development of services opportunities, transforming prospects into sales.
