Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Development Manager to lead our Building Structures team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the group's strategic direction, providing support to Project Leads, and ensuring overall group performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage current and future workloads within the Building Structures Group to achieve financial targets and maintain high staff morale.
  • Support and guide Project Leads, Engineers, and Graduate Engineers to enable them to perform successfully.
  • Ensure the Building Structures Group maintains an appropriate level of service to key clients.
  • Design, document, and manage construction phase activities, including project review, liaison with clients and consultants, and quality audits.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and engagement with discipline colleagues across ANZ and globally.
  • Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and Stantec quality procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer and ability to obtain RPEQ.
  • Previous experience in a Consulting environment within the Building services industry.
  • Experience in managing project delivery teams and leading proposals/pursuits.
  • Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
  • Competence in managing risk exposure and excellent communication skills.
