Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team at Resourceful Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction and technical guidance for all infrastructure development assessments and operational works.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating infrastructure development inquiries, third-party projects, and service support. You will also manage and track Infrastructure Agreements through the capital planning process and relevant legislative frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate infrastructure development inquiries, third-party projects, and service support
  • Manage and track Infrastructure Agreements through the capital planning process and relevant legislative frameworks
  • Provide strategic direction and technical guidance for all infrastructure development assessments and operational works

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in development assessment across multiple asset classes, ideally in local government or private sectors
  • Strong skills in interpreting and applying infrastructure planning legislation and standards
  • Extensive experience overseeing DA approval process and legislative requirements whilst managing various developers
  • Proven leadership abilities in managing multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or other relevant qualifications
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) desirable but not essential
