Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Development Manager to join our team. This role will provide onsite engineering services and technical support to deliver transformative infrastructure projects across various sectors.

  • This includes land development, water/sewer upgrades, road infrastructure for local councils, and defence contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Effectively delivering programming, staging, and construction methodologies.
  • Achieving compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Managing team outputs across profitability, efficiency, and human relations.
  • Leading monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
  • Building effective relationships with repeat clients and consultants.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years' experience in the civil construction industry, with over two years' experience specifically in project management.
  • Experience in community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage, and road construction.
  • A collaborative management style to build a close, outcome-focused team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Stakeholder and client engagement experience.
