Job Overview

We are seeking a senior legal professional to join our in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and support on property-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction and development projects.
  • Draft, review and negotiate various property and commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence on property transactions to identify potential risks and provide recommendations.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

Requirements

To be successful, you will have between 6 to 8 years' experience in property law, with exposure to construction law from either private practice or in-house.
