Payroll Expertise: Leading Implementations Across SAP Solutions

As a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert, you will lead payroll implementations across Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ECC Payroll, and S/4HANA. This role requires expertise in configuring and integrating ECP with Payroll, including P2P data replication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and integrate ECP with Payroll, ensuring seamless data replication between systems
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, and reporting requirements
  • Develop and implement efficient payroll solutions that align with business objectives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with at least 5 ECC Payroll implementations and 1 ECP project
  • Certification in SuccessFactors EC and ECP
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
