Lead Global Payroll Implementations Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global payroll implementations. As Director of Payroll Onboarding, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll implementations for clients across the globe.
Main Responsibilities
- Global Payroll Implementation Leadership: Lead and manage regional teams in delivering payroll implementation across multiple geographies and business sectors.
- Client Engagement and Communication: Act as executive contact for clients during the payroll implementation phase, engaging with clients to understand their project needs and providing consultation on best practices.
- Project Management: Oversee all stages of the payroll implementation process, including planning, system design, configuration, testing, data migration, and customer enablement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of Payroll Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and workflows, driving process optimization to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and clients on implementation progress, key milestones, risks, and issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in global payroll, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing payroll system implementations.
- Proven experience in successfully managing complex payroll implementations for multinational clients across multiple countries.
- Expertise in working with payroll technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
- Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects; excellent leadership and team management skills; exceptional client-facing communication skills; advanced problem-solving skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
