Senior SAP Functional Consultant Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant to lead business transformation initiatives, provide advisory services, and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions in Asset Management & Manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert advisory services, guiding clients on SAP Asset Management & Manufacturing roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead implementations of SAP S/4HANA solutions in Asset Management & Manufacturing modules.
  • Drive business analysis and requirements gathering through workshops, eliciting requirements, and translating business needs into effective solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
  • Build relationships by managing stakeholder expectations, providing clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring effective service delivery and championing a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant specialising in Asset Management & Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud).
  • At least 2 full-cycle project implementations or 5+ years of solution support.
  • Current SAP certifications in relevant modules.
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and deliver SAP solutions that meet client needs.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with strong communication and business partnering capability.
  • Experience leading workshops, preparing design documentation, and working in Agile delivery teams.
