Senior SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including comprehensive knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR. They will also have a solid understanding of AU/US payroll processes.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules to align with business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across module data replication monitors.
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
The successful candidate will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR
