About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team at Ventia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our N2P program of work, focusing on timely completion, safety, quality, issue resolution, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer our proprietary work management system to update the program and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Issue work tickets to our subcontractor base and conduct regular daily follow-ups to obtain status updates.
  • Brief field supervisors through regular correspondence and meetings to prioritize field activities and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Validate design and survey plans to ensure construction viability and accuracy.
  • Coordinate redesign and survey efforts as needed.
  • Prepare program status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients.

About You

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in site operations, preferably within the telecommunications or construction industries, and hold a relevant engineering qualification. You will also have:

  • Proficient skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with corporate business systems for managing work tickets.
  • Ability to interpret engineering and survey drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders.
