Are you a motivated and experienced professional seeking a new challenge? Toll Group is looking for a dynamic Property Projects Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our Enterprise Services Team, you will be responsible for managing multiple property projects simultaneously. This will involve leading and coordinating initiatives across the full lifecycle, from scoping and feasibility through to design, procurement, delivery, and handover.

  • Ensure day-to-day oversight and stakeholder alignment across complex projects.
  • Accountable for the delivery of projects to agreed business outcomes.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Relevant property development or project management qualification.
  • Strong understanding of APAC industrial property markets.
  • Extensive experience in property project management, handling varied scopes and complexities.
  • Competency in relevant software tools.
