Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing activities across all key channels. This role is responsible for coordinating internal and external resources, bringing our marketing calendar to life, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing calendar and campaign plans
  • Create and coordinate content briefs for graphics, email, social, and paid media
  • Oversee organic marketing efforts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Manage email campaigns and own the Klaviyo calendar and coordination
  • Collaborate with supplier brands on joint promotions and marketing activations
  • Lead in-store activations and events in coordination with the retail team
  • Manage influencer collaborations, from outreach to content approvals
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to each platform
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

You'll Be Working With:

  • Graphic designer for creative execution
  • Content creator for short-form video and social content
  • Performance Marketing Manager for digital campaigns and media
  • Retail team for store-level activations and promotions
  • Marketing contractors as needed

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in multi-brand or retail environments
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident managing content production, timelines, and creative deliverables
  • Understanding of email and social media marketing best practices
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable working in a small team with lots of autonomy
