About the Position

This is a full-time, permanent position that will work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to lead and support community-based drug and alcohol teams and services.

The Community Services Manager will be responsible for upholding the organization's Vision, Purpose and Values while achieving set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Drug & Alcohol/Addiction field and/or Mental Health, with proven capacity to lead by example and thrive in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the new Community Services Manager will support services provided as part of various consortiums and partnerships.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality and safety reporting, management and planning, and fostering a welcoming and healthy working environment and culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in Drug & Alcohol/Addiction Specialist Services and/or Mental Health Services
  • Proven record in meeting KPIs
  • Familiarity with quality and safety reporting, management and planning
  • Ability to lead by example and thrive in a dynamic environment
