Addiction Treatment Pioneer

This position plays a pivotal role in designing and executing phase 2 clinical trials investigating psilocybin treatment for addictive behaviors. As part of this team, you will lead all aspects of trial preparation and execution, including protocol development, psychotherapy coordination, database design, and participant engagement strategies.
- Drive innovation in psilocybin trials by spearheading research initiatives as Senior Research Fellow.
- Collaborate with world-class neuroscientists in an inclusive and dynamic research environment.
- Explore bold ideas with a team that is redefining addiction treatment through science.
The role ensures that clinical trials are conducted to the highest scientific and ethical standards, adhering to SPIRIT and CONSORT guidelines and Good Clinical Practice.
This role also contributes to the production of high-quality publications, stakeholder reporting, and the development of research capability through mentoring and team support.
To be successful in this role, we seek an individual with a doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline and substantial experience in clinical trial coordination—ideally including psychedelic studies—and research in addiction.
A strong track record of publications and competitive grant success, along with experience supervising staff and students, is also essential.
