Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As our ideal candidate, you will lead a high-performing housekeeping team, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating tasks, allocating workloads, and managing staff schedules to maintain optimal efficiency.
  • Supervising staff and monitoring quality control to meet NRMA standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position or senior housekeeping role in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Flexible approach to workloads and willingness to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
