Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Officer to join our Corporate division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing recruitment, mobilisation, onboarding, and administrative support to our Engineering and Construction Trades Recruitment Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume staff onboarding and mobilisation to multiple sites throughout WA in accordance with client mobilisation processes.
  • Conduct reference checking and booking pre-employment medicals.
  • Use client mobilisation systems (ERMS and similar).
  • Review, book, and coordinate employee qualifications and training to ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and book flights, travel, and accommodation for training and mobilisation to site.
  • Adhere to tight timeframes and moving deadlines to ensure recruitment mobilisations are carried out to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain personal information and compliance in Recruitment Database (FastTrack and Avature).
  • Provide high-level candidate care and service to ensure a smooth, timely, and professional onboarding.
  • Ensure employee and internal stakeholders are updated on mobilisation dates and requirements.
What You Will Bring
  • Be part of the end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain candidate records ensuring the recruitment database is kept up to date.
  • Liaise with the team and the business to ensure smooth flow of information and utilisation of the database.
  • Review and post advertisements on internal and external job boards.
  • Talent sourcing support.
  • Adhere to strict timeframes and moving deadlines to ensure recruitment mobilisations are carried out to meet project requirements.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience in mobilisation and recruitment CRM systems.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
  • The ability to work cohesively in a team.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Positive mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
