Key Responsibilities Processing high volume staff onboarding and mobilisation to multiple sites throughout WA in accordance with client mobilisation processes (BHP, Rio Tinto and others).  Conduct reference checking and booking pre-employment medicals.  Use client mobilisation systems (ERMS and similar). Review, book and coordinate employee qualifications and training to ensure all pre mobilisation requirements are met.  Coordinate and book flights, travel and accomodation for training and mobisation to site.  Adhere to tight timeframes and moving deadlines to ensure recruitment mobilisations are carried out to meet project requirements.  Maintenance of personal information and complaince in Recruitment Database (FastTrack and Avature).  Provide high level of candidate care and service to ensure a smooth, timely and professional onboarding.  Ensure employee and internal stakeholders are update on mobilisation dates and requirements.  What you will bring Be part of the end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding process for new employees. Maintain candidate records ensuring the recruitment database is kept up to date. Liaising with the team and the business to ensure smooth flow of infomration and utilisation of the database.  Reveiwing and posting advertisements on internal and external job boards.  Talent sourcing support.  Adhering to strict time frames and moving deadlines to ensure recruitment mobilisations are carried out to meet project requirements. Strong computer literacy and experience in mobilisation and recruiment CRM systems  Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills. The ability to work cohesively in a team.  A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
