Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Presales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Relationship Managers through the facilitation of in-depth customer needs analysis and product demonstrations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer needs analysis and provide product demonstrations to BDMs and Relationship Managers.
  • Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide solution and domain expertise to sales campaigns.
  • Deliver online and face-to-face demonstrations of technology solutions to assist BDMs and Relationship Managers in closing opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends associated with regulatory compliance portfolio.
  • Provide gap analysis for clients to assist their understanding of how our product is relevant.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a risk and compliance function is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to make persuasive presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Confidence in dealing with risk and compliance customers and other decision makers is essential.
  • Proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of the risk and compliance market and our solution offerings is essential.
  • Presales and client management/customer success experience is required.
  • Team player and problem solver; energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with knowledge of GRC software will be highly desirable.
  • Responsible, methodical and organized, self-learner and innovative.
