We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic** Trainee Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist** to join our new vehicle sales team working from our **Chatswood **location.

This person must have good time management skills, is driven, reliable, likes working in a team environment and takes initiative. You will be given full support in relation to the products you sell and sales training.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Liaise with customers to assist with vehicle enquiries
- Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes-Benz sales process
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products and services as well as our competitors’ products
- Assist customers with test drives
- Full work rights in Australia
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in the hospitality, customer service or automotive industry
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Be able to work in a team environment
- An Australian drivers licence
