Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Service Leader Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Service. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and evaluation of patient care within this service.

This is a critical leadership position that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.


About the Role
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce risks.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective plans to manage risk and ensure quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Provide educational programs to promote staff development and enhance patient safety.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years recent clinical nursing experience in interventional cardiology and nursing leadership experience.
  • A relevant post graduate certificate or post graduate diploma of Cardiac Nursing or equivalent is an expectation of this position.
