Job Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the expansion of cardiology services and contribute to the development of a regional cardiac centre of excellence.


The Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Service adopts an integrated approach in delivering specialist care across the care continuum, with our team providing diagnostic and procedural services for patients with suspected or established cardiac conditions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, management, and evaluation of patient care as a seasoned Registered Nurse, leading the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Service.
  • Manage daily operations and nursing teams to support service and organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain best practice standards, providing clinical leadership and education.

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a minimum three years recent clinical nursing experience in interventional cardiology and leadership roles.
  • Possess a relevant post-graduate certificate or diploma in Cardiac Nursing or equivalent.
