About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at A Good Start to Life. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our service delivery, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support service delivery teams to achieve performance and service goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, conducting audits and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including staffing, equipment, and budgets, to optimize service delivery.
  • Engage with participants, families, and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for feedback and concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Oversee risk management, WHS, and crisis response to maintain a safe and effective service environment.
  • Ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the disability services sector.
  • A strong commitment to person-centered care and service excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams, driving performance and engagement.
  • Experience in managing compliance, budgets, and operational plans.
