About the Position

This is a newly created Executive Director position, reporting directly to the Group General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability and sustainable growth, overseeing all aspects of operations, including safety, productivity, quality assurance, supply chain management, and projects. They will also hold full P&L responsibility for the business.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience as a senior leader, ideally from aligned sectors such as civil construction, fencing construction, fabrication, or heavy industry. They will have demonstrated experience in project delivery and safety management, complemented by commercial acumen and contemporary leadership skills to enhance profitability and productivity while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
