About Snooze

As a Store Manager and Retail Sales Consultant at Snooze Prospect, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence.

This full-time position requires flexibility with shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Availability on both Saturday and Sunday is essential.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions and collaborating with your team in day-to-day store operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal
  • Leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent physical fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
