Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at a leading insurance company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in worker's compensation and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive and engaged client relationships built on providing expert advice for any claim-impacting and related questions or concerns.
  • Support senior account managers to gain further understanding and build repertoire of skills in the space.
  • Work across clients on a national level, requiring open-mindedness to learn other state's processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated premium and policy experience within the Victorian Worker's Compensation scheme.
  • Effective work management/time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills in worker's compensation.
  • Influential and calm in all situations, including conflict, able to gain a resolution.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Client relationship management skills.
  • Resilience and perseverance.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player.
  • Understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation.
  • Competent computer skills - adaptable and willing to learn new systems and procedures.
