Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the restaurant service period by tending to the guests and delivering outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
  2. Engage and inspire guests during the entire food and beverage experience by fostering strong relationships and anticipating customer needs.
  3. Ensure outlet cleanliness and complete all necessary checklists daily, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  4. Understand and meet guest requirements by delivering exceptional customer service with each interaction.
  5. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team on operational tasks and contribute to a seamless guest experience.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers by anticipating their needs and driving future bookings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current RSA certification
  • Relevant experience in a similar F&B Service Expert role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for career growth and professional development
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent communication skills
