Senior Performance Insights Professional

The Senior Advisor plays a crucial role in enhancing national operational performance by developing and implementing UX research.
- Designing and delivering research projects to generate insights from a user-centric perspective;
- Supervising junior team members for senior decision-makers;
- Conducting business analysis to identify emerging trends and issues;
- Fostering stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
The successful candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, case management systems, Qualtrics user feedback management system, and STATA.
Key Requirements
- Experience in UX research;
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Collaborative working and relationship building;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
