Office Coordinator Role Summary

The Office Coordinator position involves providing administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail, along with excellent communication and time management abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and be proficient in MS Office applications. They should also possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks such as mail collection and supply ordering
  • Maintaining office presentation and preparing meeting rooms
  • Organising travel and events, as well as staff onboarding/exit procedures
  • Document preparation and processing, including proposal development and PowerPoint presentations
  • Email management, calendar coordination, and typing services
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in office coordination/administration
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in graphics
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
