Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a dedicated Human Resources Administrator.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in our office, where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data systems, coordinating training logistics, supporting performance reviews, facilitating employee recognition, enhancing staff wellbeing, and assisting with company events.

  • Maintaining Accurate HR Data Systems: Ensure accuracy in HR databases, including employee information, superannuation details, leave entries, and qualifications tracking.
  • Coordinating Training Logistics: Arrange session bookings, track attendance, and maintain certification records.
  • Supporting Performance Reviews: Manage the full review cycle, including 360-degree feedback processes.
  • Facilitating Employee Recognition: Coordinate anniversary celebrations, and our recognition program.
  • Enhancing Staff Wellbeing: Promote initiatives that foster our positive workplace culture, including coordinating access to our Employee Assistance Program.
  • Assisting with Company Events: Help deliver memorable staff events like our Christmas Party and Awards Night.
Requirements:
  • Administrative and Organisational Abilities: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • HRIS Experience: Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) platforms, preferably Employment Hero.
  • Cloud-Based Tools: Proficiency with cloud-based tools like Google Workspace and Smartsheet.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discretion: A discreet approach to handling confidential information.
  • Proactivity: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with genuine ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative spirit and desire to positively contribute to our workplace culture.
