About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Audiologist or Audiometrist to join our team, working across our hearing clinics in Wollongong, New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose hearing loss and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Communicate complex information to patients and families, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with the latest research, technologies, and best practices in audiology.
  • Foster strong relationships with medical professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless referrals and coordination of care.
  • Stay adaptable and flexible, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Audiology qualification from a recognized institution or equivalent experience in audiological practice.
  • Membership or eligibility for membership with AudA or ACAud, and current QP number.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, prioritizing patient needs and contributing to a positive work environment.
