As a dedicated Client Care Representative, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective management of client relationships.

  • Welcoming and managing the experience of clients for optimal outcomes;
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients;
  • Providing administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists);
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures;
  • Handling phone calls and email inquiries;
  • Billing clients correctly and processing payments;
  • Learning and proficiently using various software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administration;
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills;
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude;
  • Organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
