Project Manager - Contract Administration

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team on an exciting project in Western Sydney.

About the Role:
  • Develop and monitor financial status, cash flow statements and cost forecasts
  • Prepare and present financial reports for senior management
  • Ensure site supervisory staff are aware of project scope and tender package inclusions
  • Prepare tender documentation for subcontractor procurement, including schedules, scopes and comparative analysis
  • Foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
  • Liaise with clients regarding progress claims under Head Contract
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Experience working on commercial projects with a strong focus on contract administration
  • Tier 1 or 2 experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Solid local experience as a Contracts Administrator
  • A working knowledge of major building trades and Australian commercial and legal issues related to Head Contracts
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
