Critical Systems Coordinator Role

The Critical Systems Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology-based information and communication systems. This includes providing specialized support activities, participating in change and release activities, and undertaking risk management assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely resolution of Incident, Service Requests, Problem, and Defect list tasks using ITIL practices;
