Senior Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive better health outcomes through transformative service design.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant to contribute to high-profile engagements, leading or supporting end-to-end HCD and service design projects. You will plan and facilitate co-design workshops, user research, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop actionable service or experience designs based on synthesized research insights.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver digital solutions.
  • Produce compelling design artefacts and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Work on client sites to immerse yourself in problem spaces and become a trusted team player.
Requirements
  • Deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Service Design, HCD, Design Thinking, or CX methodologies.
  • Training or certification in Service Design, HCD, Design Thinking, or CX methodologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience.
