About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at PARTALE. As a key member of our administrative department, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless and stress-free support to our clients throughout their property journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective legal and administrative support to our team, ensuring all work is well-informed and accurate.
  • Instruct lawyers on all property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Review and verify the quality and accuracy of returned executed documents.
  • Calculate mortgage discharge figures and process loan management tasks.
  • Liaise with borrowers, solicitors, conveyancers, lenders, and brokers to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Manage loan administration, including redraws, direct debit changes, and loan updates.
  • Process legal accounts payable and valuation fees.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal matters surrounding mortgage loans and security properties.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in the Banking and Finance industry or Conveyancing/Legal industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on maintaining high work standards.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
