At our organization, we are seeking an Associate Director to join our team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth and contribute to the development of complex real estate transactions.

\

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial acumen, financial structuring, and risk allocation. They will lead key tasks undertaken by the team, undertake and review complex financial models, and be part of the core thinking behind in-depth financial and deal structures.

\

A critical component of this role is managing day-to-day client communications, leading team members in preparing client proposals, pitches, and presentations, and making direct contributions to business development. Additionally, you will be involved in integral project roles managing and executing major transactions.

\

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with an undergraduate degree in commerce, finance, or real estate. Relevant postgraduate degrees such as CA, CFA, or Applied Finance will also be valued. The ideal candidate will have 6-7+ years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with backgrounds in advisory, development, and finance.
