About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solutions Expert to support multiple technology projects and provide functional consulting on corporate real estate technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities, real estate, and asset management industry best practices, across multiple knowledge areas.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the full life cycle implementation of IWMS technology projects to agreed schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with other teams, clients, and external system provider stakeholders.
  • Assisting in delivering project communications and running project meetings.
  • Bringing innovation and best practices to customers to drive improvement and gain efficiencies while advising on IWMS system configuration options.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in being part of a team in the delivery of large complex projects using a recognized project methodology.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver to strict deadlines and maintain a high level of motivation.
  • Able to work on multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, including statement of work, solution specifications, and process and procedure documentation.
