Valuations & Analytics Specialist

As a key member of the Real Estate Valuations & Analytics team, you will play a vital role in supporting audit teams with valuation reviews for financial reporting. You will also conduct pre and post-transaction activities, undertaking real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the review of valuations for financial reporting purposes
  • Conduct thorough real estate analysis to inform transactions and other business decisions
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation assignments, covering both stabilised assets and development properties
  • Identify and leverage new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions
  • Provide expert assistance with financial modelling and feasibility studies on various projects and transactions
  • Contribute to major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including the preparation of business cases and property development advisory
  • Support clients with vendor and acquisition due diligence for real estate assets or portfolios of assets
  • Undertake market research and contribute to thought leadership papers
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
