Veterinary Hospital Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Specialist to join our team as an ECC Clinical Director at Animal Referral Hospital Minchinbury.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Work as an ECC Veterinarian across a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and building strong relationships with clients.
- Establish and maintain best practice processes for the department, ensuring that we are providing the highest level of care to our patients.
- Communicate effectively with the team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that we are working together to achieve our goals.
- Work closely with the Business Manager and other department heads to develop and implement growth strategies, ensuring that we are meeting our financial targets and delivering high-quality patient care.
- Support the development of the team, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews to identify areas for growth and development.
- Assist with recruitment activities, identifying and attracting top talent to join our team.
- Veterinary degree available for registration in New South Wales.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams and make strategic decisions.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
