**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Network Maintenance Corridor Maintenance Services team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing multi-discipline programs focusing on drainage and earthworks maintenance in line with our annual program of work.

This is a project management-focused role where you will manage project scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality and change controls which also includes driving the Project Change Request (PCR) process.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Plan, coordinate and manage multi-discipline programs focusing on drainage and earthworks maintenance
  • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality and change controls
  • Drive the Project Change Request (PCR) process
**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A solid background in project management, contract management and scope writing

Experience working in a large organisation or facilities maintenance area and understanding routine maintenance management

Excellent contract management skills and ability to engage with and negotiate with stakeholders both internal and external

Significant experience managing and delivering multi-discipline programs of work in a complex operational environment
