Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Tax Specialist to join our team in Ipswich.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years recent practice experience within a personal tax role, or a mixed role including a significant personal tax element. ATT qualification is desirable, but not essential. We also consider study support towards further qualifications such as CTA, if applicable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of compliance matters, including the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and estates. They may also be responsible for completing Capital Gains Tax returns, Inheritance Tax accounts, and Trust Registration filing requirements.

The role may include dealing with HM Revenue & Customs enquiries and assisting with various tax advisory projects. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, experience in managing deadlines and client expectations, and a high level of ICT literacy with sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and accounting/tax software packages.
