Senior Manager Opportunity

This is a unique chance to progress your career as a Senior Manager in the Private Client Tax sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, utilizing your technical expertise to oversee the work of junior staff and facilitate their professional growth.

You will also play an active role in business development activities, managing multiple deadlines and effectively delegating tasks within a dynamic team environment.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Oversee a portfolio of private clients, reviewing self-assessment tax returns completed by junior staff and providing expert technical support across the firm.
Requirements
  • Possess the CTA qualification or equivalent experience, with additional qualifications such as ICAEW, ACCA, or STEP being advantageous.
  • Hold significant experience in Private Client Tax, with a solid background in all aspects of Personal Tax compliance work within a professional services context.
  • Be highly articulate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex matters in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Demonstrate expertise in areas such as Statutory residence test/residence issues, immigration/emigration considerations, agricultural/landed estate matters, property development, HMRC enquiries and disclosures.
