About the Role
This position offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment where you can empower young people, support their growth, and be a positive influence during critical moments in their lives.
As a Residential Youth Worker, you will collaborate with leading youth service providers to establish a secure and nurturing setting for at-risk young people. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and support with personal care, transporting children to school and appointments, and fostering skill development and socialization within the community.

You will also have the opportunity to engage in Trauma Recovery practices and undertake Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) within the first three months of employment.
