Job Title: Senior Engagement Manager

The role of a Senior Engagement Manager is crucial in coordinating, evaluating, and managing services opportunities involving internal implementation and migration teams as well as external partner organizations.

This position requires developing proposals and value propositions for Services engagements from inception through delivery. It involves creating visions and articulating the value of professional services to customer stakeholders while resolving conflicts between proposal teams and other organizational units.

As the primary point of contact for Account Executives and Account Teams, this individual will evaluate and determine suitable service approaches based on opportunity scope and requirements. They will also coordinate calls with Account Teams to gather details about service opportunities and engage with relevant teams to create proposals, project plans, and timelines.

Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential for seamless transitions from opportunity identification to project delivery. The successful candidate will oversee contractual agreement processes, including Statement of Work and product subscription agreements, while monitoring and managing services engagement progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project plans.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, project management, or customer-facing roles">
  • Strong understanding of professional services landscapes, including internal and partner-provided services">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills">
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder engagements">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
  • Good understanding of Internet fundamentals, Networking, Security, Zero Trust Services/SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, APIs, and related technologies">
