Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in helping us achieve our purpose of customer satisfaction. As part of the Mortgage Operations team, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries about Mortgage products and services, focusing on efficient and accurate client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding Mortgage products and services.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through accurate and efficient interactions.
  • Resolve requests and enquiries from across the banking network, brokers, solicitors, and builders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.

You will also require previous experience delivering exceptional customer service, the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, and resilience in an evolving environment.
