Home Loan Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Direct Mortgages Team as a Home Loan Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their dream of homeownership.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of mortgage products and policies. You will also have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

As a Home Loan Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to contact and update customers from initial call through to settlement. You will drive growth in our Direct Mortgages portfolio by determining product options and establishing working relationships with sales support teams and colleagues. You will also be responsible for meeting and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction measured in 'Customer Experience' Surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and update customers from initial call through to settlement

Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Policies
  • Great initiative - if you don't know the answer you will ask the question; a true self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Proven experience working to tight deadlines and meeting agreed KPIs
  • A customer centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communications
