Mortgage Lending Assistant Role

The ideal candidate will support the sales manager in conducting mortgage-related activities, meet with potential prospects, handle post-settlement inquiries, and identify client needs across various financial sectors.

  • Meet with clients to understand their mortgage needs
  • Support the sales manager in conducting mortgage-related activities
  • Handle post-settlement inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify client needs across other financial sectors, such as wealth management, superannuation, risk management, and accounting
  • Perform office administration tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements for mortgage products
  • Conduct mortgage-related activities under the guidance of a sales manager
  • Respond to client inquiries after settlement and provide excellent service
  • Identify opportunities to support clients' financial needs beyond mortgages
  • Manage administrative tasks in the office environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
  • A team player with attention to detail
  • Cantonese or Mandarin language proficiency is an asset
