Job Description

Boutique Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and organised Administrative Professional to support our Sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders on behalf of senior management.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and office.
  • Assist with invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
  • Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and oversee commission reports.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Update compliance, procedures, and processes within the business.
  • Coordinate corporate and internal events for the business.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an administrative professional in a sales environment.
  • Experience as a recruitment consultant wanting to move to administration is desirable.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
