About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Specification Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales targets and growth strategies in the Architecture & Design (A&D) market.

As a key driver of sales success, you will influence product selection, identify new business development opportunities, and represent our product range to industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new opportunities for product specification across Victoria, SA, WA & TAS
  • Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with luxury residential architects and designers
  • Building and managing a pipeline of projects/opportunities and securing product specifications
  • Presenting premium product collections to industry professionals
  • Managing an end-to-end sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met at each stage
  • Attending networking and industry events to promote the brand
Key Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in building materials, fabrics, furniture, interior design, luxury goods or premium brand environments
  • A passion for architecture, interiors, and design
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
  • An enjoyment of working in a small team environment, where your contributions make a critical difference
